2482 Henlow Squadron

The team of cadet non-commissioned officers (NCOs) form the backbone of our Squadron and take a first hand role in training the cadets using their own knowledge and experiences from their time at the squadron. On parade nights, the NCOs will ensure the register is taken and that cadets are attending the training they need. Our NCO team will often organise parade nights and weekend activities for the cadets. Each NCO on the squadron has earned their rank through hard work, showing that they have the knowledge, experience, attitude and high standards to lead those below them.
